💼 About the Role

As an Associate Data Scientist (Forward Deployed), you'll help our customers get the most out of Murphy's AI platform.

You'll work at the intersection of data, AI, operations, and customer success. Your job will be to understand how our AI agents perform in production, identify why they succeed or fail, and drive improvements that create measurable business impact.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys solving complex problems with data, is excited about AI, and wants to work closely with customers to deliver real outcomes.

You'll join a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, and deployment specialists, gaining exposure to both the technical and business sides of deploying AI systems.

• Analyze and improve the performance of AI agents.

• Connect with prospects and customers, understand their requirements and solving their real-world problems.

• Configure and optimize AI systems to deliver high quality service.

• Deliver value in early stages of the customer journey, from POC to full implementation.

About you

• You studied Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.

• You enjoy using data to solve real business problems.

• You are naturally curious and enjoy investigating how complex systems work.

• You communicate clearly and think in a structured, logical way.

• You are comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders.

• You are excited about AI and automation and want to understand how these technologies create business value.

• You enjoy taking ownership and seeing projects through from problem identification to solution implementation.

• You dominate Spanish and English.

• You thrive in fast-moving environments where learning is continuous
