💼 About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to ensure that Murphy’s product is correctly configured, technically robust, and fully aligned with each client’s operational needs.
You will act as the product expert in client engagements, translating business requirements into structured system configurations — from data imports and exports to agent logic and communication flows — while continuously optimizing performance through iteration and analysis.
Working closely with Deployment Strategists, Product, and Engineering, you will ensure that every deployment is technically sound, clearly understood by the client, and capable of delivering measurable results.
This is not a support role. It is a high-ownership, client-facing technical position at the intersection of product, systems, and real-world AI performance.
📝 Responsibilities
Deliver technically robust client configurations
Ensure every deployment is technically correct, properly scoped, and aligned with agreed requirements before going live.
Own configuration quality end-to-end — no silent workarounds, no fragile setups.
Optimize agent performance through structured iteration
Continuously analyze performance metrics and improve voice agent and communication flows.
Use data to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and implement measurable improvements.
Act as the technical counterpart to clients
Participate in client meetings as the product and systems expert.
Clearly explain architecture, constraints, trade-offs, and product capabilities.
Set expectations without overpromising.
Provide structured product feedback
Identify when challenges stem from configuration vs. product gaps.
Raise structured product requests with clear context, impact, and proposed direction.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
Design scalable, reusable solutions
Ensure configurations are maintainable and scalable across clients.
Avoid one-off solutions that create downstream technical debt.
📚 Requirements
Strong client-facing technical presence
Comfortable engaging in operational and technical discussions with clients.
Able to explain complex systems clearly and manage expectations confidently.
Deep product and systems understanding
Ability to reason end-to-end about data flows, architecture, dependencies, and system behavior.
Thinks structurally, not reactively.
Structured problem-solving mindset
Breaks down complex issues into root causes and scalable solutions.
Designs structured configurations rather than quick patches.
Analytical and performance-driven thinking
Comfortable working with KPIs, performance metrics, and iteration cycles.
Uses data to guide improvements, not intuition alone.
Product collaboration discipline
Understands when to escalate and how to raise structured product feedback.
Contributes to product evolution rather than endlessly working around limitations.
Extreme ownership of configuration quality
Holds a high bar for technical correctness and long-term maintainability.
Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

💰 Salary: €60.000–€75.000 gross/year.
We aim to pay fairly and competitively based on skills, experience, and impact. For exceptional candidates, we’re open to discussing compensation outside of this range.
