💼 About the Role
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in leading enterprise sales within a startup environment.
As Head of Enterprise Sales at Murphy AI, you'll lead and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise Clients, focusing especially on banks and telcos. Your role will involve driving enterprise sales, building strategic partnerships, and managing revenue operations to boost product adoption and market growth. You’ll play a key part in building Murphy's commercial engine from the ground up, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a solid track record in enterprise sales, particularly in high-growth environments or fintech, who thrives in startup cultures and is ready to make a big impact.
📝 Responsibilities
- Own the full GTM strategy: Define and drive Murphy’s strategy across sales, marketing and partnerships, ensuring alignment to maximize revenue and product adoption.
- Scalable sales processes: Design and implement commercial processes that support repeatable customer acquisition and retention, ensuring strong sales pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Partner-led growth: Cultivate and scale strategic partnerships and channel alliances to fuel expansion, particularly with large enterprises and financial institutions.
- Team leadership: Hire, coach, and lead a high-performance GTM team, including sales, marketing, and partner management professionals.
- Revenue responsibility: Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and commercial performance metrics, ensuring Murphy's financial goals are met.
- Enterprise deals & negotiations: Manage complex enterprise sales and high-stakes negotiations, working closely with the CEO when needed.
- Expansion playbook: Build a repeatable framework for entering new geographies and scaling Murphy’s reach across different markets.
📚 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally in B2B enterprise or fintech.
- Experience with enterprise clients within startups
- Proven ability to build and scale GTM teams in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Deep customer-centric mindset, you listen, learn, and act to solve real problems.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- High ownership and accountability.
- Bonus: experience in debt collection or selling to banks.
