For cases where payment arrangements are unsuccessful, we facilitate escalation to legal proceedings through trusted partnerships with law firms.

💼 About the Role
As Head of Go-To-Market at Murphy, your mission is to build and scale a high-performance GTM engine that drives revenue, customer success, and product adoption. You will lead the entire commercial function, from sales and marketing to customer implementation and revenue operations, ensuring alignment across all stages of the customer journey. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role—ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments.
📝 Responsibilities
- Define and own Murphy’s end-to-end GTM strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
- Design and implement scalable commercial processes to support repeatable customer acquisition and retention.
- Establish a partner-led growth motion, working closely with strategic alliances and channel partners.
- Hire, coach, and lead the GTM team, including sales, CS, marketing, and partner management.
- Ensure tight alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing, acting as the glue across departments.
- Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and commercial performance tracking.
- Define and iterate on pricing and packaging to maximize value capture and market penetration.
- Support complex enterprise deals and strategic negotiations, partnering with the CEO as needed.
- Build a repeatable playbook for entering new geographies.
📚 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally in B2B enterprise or fintech.
- Proven ability to build and scale GTM teams in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Experience owning the full customer lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations, performance metrics, and sales forecasting.
- Deep customer-centric mindset, you listen, learn, and act to solve real problems.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- High ownership and accountability.
- Experience with enterprise clients.
- Bonus: experience in debt collection, payments, or vertical SaaS.
